Unfortunately this post isn’t about Abi’s hiccups (which can be terrible), but it’s about two other hiccups…

First, I’m sorry we haven’t been posting pictures lately. Kimi’s got a couple of posts all ready to go, except… the computer decided to quit uploading the photos that go with the posts. That was the final straw, we’re done with Windows and moving to a Mac. It’s on order and should be here this week. Hopefully, assuming a fairly smooth transition, we’ll be able to start getting pictures back on the blog shortly.

Second, the weather (I know, Kimi tells me all the time that I blog about the weather way too much). I love the snow, but I’m really OK with summer coming sometime soon. I was walking to my desk this morning and this is the view out the windows at work. BLAH! Anyway, my phone can still upload photos, so you get photos of Colorado weather. OK, on with Monday.

Easter Weekend was a long weekend for us, as Matt had Good Friday off! On Friday, Matt and Eli went to a local nature center for toddler time and then off to the zoo to visit some of their favorite exhibits! Eli was exhausted from all of the fun in the morning and slept for three hours, which is unheard of!! Matt watched in the kids in the afternoon, while I got to run errands and do some shopping on my own, which is a big treat! I returned home very refreshed!!

On Saturday, we headed over to our church for their Easter Carnival. Eli collected Easter eggs and enjoyed jumping in a bounce house for his first time. He was able to burn off quite a bit of energy running around! And his love for candy is blossoming…

On Easter Sunday, we woke up to quite a bit of unforecasted snow. Quite comical, indeed! The four of us dressed up for church to celebrate Christ’s Resurrection! Our friends, Justin and Lindsay, joined us at church and for a delicious ham dinner afterwards! The four or us enjoyed catching up on life and playing games when the kids went down for their afternoon naps!

This is what happens when daddy is supervising Eli’s breakfast and Abi wants to sleep.

Eli had his first experience with hail today. He just wanted to play.
