s Two Tone Coleslaw s   


At one-fourth the calories and half the fat of the traditional version, this creamy coleslaw also has surprising extra sweetness from apples.
Yields: 12 Servings


Ingredients

2/3 cup Mayonnaise (light or fat free)
3 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
4 cups Green Cabbage shredded
4 cups Red cabbage shredded
2 large Apples cored and thinly sliced
1 cup Sweet onion chopped


 
Instructions
For dressing, in an extra large bowl stir together mayonnaised, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper.

Stir in cabbage, apples, and onion.l

Cover; chill at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
