Ingredients

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 medium head Cauliflower (about 2-3/4 to 3 lb.), cut into florets


 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl combine olive oil, salt, and crushed red pepper. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
Place cauliflower in a shallow baking pan and roast 20 to 35 minutes, stirring once, until browned.
