These simple crackers are better than store bought when it comes to a sturdy, tasty way to get hummus into your mouth! Of course, I tend to eat an awful lot with no dip at all... Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour (can use 2-3 Tbsp. ground flax and 1/2 c. whole wheat as part of the flour) |

notes: I always top my crackers with sea salt, but you can knead herbs and spices like rosemary, dill, oregano, garlic, black pepper or cumin right into the dough before rolling it out.
