Soft and chocolatey, this recipe from my sister-in-law is a favorite at Christmas and throughout the year. Ingredients 1/2 cup Vegetable oil 3/4 cup Cocoa 2 cups Sugar (plus more for rolling in) 5 Eggs 2 teaspoons Vanilla 2 cups Flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoons Baking powder

Instructions
Mix oil, cocoa, and sugar together well. Blend in one egg at a time until smooth. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder. Dough will be soft and sticky. Chill overnight. Drop by teaspoon into sugar and roll to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10-14 minutes, or until firm but not overdone.
