Bravas Potatoes

Flavorful potatoes, excellent for baking alongside chicken. Good with either potatoes or sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
2 pounds Potatoes (Yukon gold, russet, red, sweet)


 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Scrub potatoes (peel sweet potatoes) and slice into 1 inch thick wedges.
Combine oil, garlic, pepper flakes, and salt in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Spread potatoes on a foil covered baking sheet in a single layer. Cover with foil and roast for 15 minutes to steam.
Remove foil and continue to roast potatoes an additional 15-30 minutes, or until tender and brown, stirring once or twice.
