Instructions In large saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4 inch crumbles. Pour off drippings. Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes, juice, and herbes de Provence. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach and simmer 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese.
